Shipping
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout before payment.
All orders are carefully packaged to protect CDs and vinyl records during transport.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. International shipments may take longer due to customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control.
For orders shipped outside the European Union, additional customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Consumers who have a statutory right of withdrawal may cancel eligible online purchases within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving a reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the items within 14 days to the return address provided in the withdrawal instructions.
The direct cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in cases of standard withdrawal.
Where the statutory right of withdrawal applies, refunds include the purchase price and applicable original standard delivery costs. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notification. Reimbursement may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or proof of their return has been provided.
Sealed CDs & Vinyl Records
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed audio recordings once the original seal has been removed after delivery.
This exception does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective or incorrectly supplied goods.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact arsenijekrstic@gmail.com, preferably including your order number and photographs of the issue.
We will help resolve the issue in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
